Boat inspection reports purchased from Marine Certify Check are valid for 15 days from the date of purchase.

  • You are not required to repurchase within that 15-day period.
  • If you choose to repurchase a report within or after 15 days, the payment will be considered non-refundable and subject to the standard purchase terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Marine Certify Check is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
